Introdução

A glansreginina A tem sido apontada como um indicador da qualidade de nozes (Juglans spp.). Neste estudo, medimos as concentrações de glansreginina A em nogueiras negras (Juglans nigra) usando uma técnica de cromatografia líquida de alta eficiência acoplada à espectrometria de massas em tandem (HPLC-MS/MS) e realizamos uma série de testes de laboratório para caracterizar as atividades biológicas desse composto, como capacidade antibacteriana, antioxidante e anticancerígena.
